Dan is a Managing Partner and Head of North America at mcp, responsible for the origination, assessment, execution and monitoring of secondary investments. Before joining mcp, Dan was a Managing Director at Lazard’s Private Capital Advisory Group in New York, advising both limited partners on liquidity solutions and portfolio management, as well as GPs across the spectrum of secondary transaction alternatives, including continuation vehicles, strip sales, tender offers, and other structured transactions in North America. Previously, Dan was a Principal on the secondary investment team at Lexington Partners’ New York office for 14+ years and began his career in 2004 in the investment banking division at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Dan holds a BSBA in Finance and International Business with a minor in Economics, summa cum laude, from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business.
