Before joining mcp, Ivano was a Manager in EY’s Strategy and Transaction practice, where he conducted complex financial due diligence projects for private equity firms and for strategic clients across various sectors. He also gained experience in operational topics on global carve-out assignments. During his studies, he gained his first private equity experience at mcp. Ivano holds a Master in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and a Bachelor in Business Administration also from HSG.
