Prior to joining mcp, Sara led the Private Equity Funds and Co-investment practice and was Head of Portfolio Management of Blue Earth Capital AG (fka PG Impact Investments), the global impact investing firm. Sara joined Blue Earth as the second employee in 2016 and helped build the firm to over USD 650m AUM and 30 employees. Before that Sara worked in the Special Projects team of the UBS Chief Investment Office and in the Private Equity Integrated team of Partners Group. Sara holds a MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Milan.
